The King Breaks Another Record

A white suit adorned with peacocks owned by the late, great ELVIS PRESLEY has sold at auction for $300,000. The price tops the highest price paid to date for anything owned by Elvis, the highest prior to this was $295,000 for his 1956 Lincoln Continental Mark II. The auction took place on the website GOTTAHAVEIT.COM

Elvis first wore the costume at the Forum in Los Angeles on May 11, 1974, and later for the cover of his album Promised Land.
