It was another excellent week for Fresh Vintage, the weekly VFG forum thread where trade members show off their newest listings.

Miss Proper added this adorable floral print summer dress to the 60s category of her online shop.

This gorgeous New Old Stock strapless white tulle dress was auctioned on eBay by GailDavid. Perfect for a wedding or prom!

And DeniseBrain recently listed this sweet 1930s day dress.

I'm doing a double edition of Fresh Vintage tonight, and have some fabulous things to show off, so let's get started!

First up, Denisebrain  recently offered a beautiful jacket by famed designer Irene (aka Irene Lentz).

JoulesVintage added these sweet blue cherry embroidered gloves to her Etsy shop and quickly sold them!

This gorgeous 1950s black lace and pink tulle strapless dress was also listed last week by Vintage Devotion and quickly sold.

This amazing 1950s/1960s Balenciaga haute couture hat is new at Rue de la Paix

This 50s lace cocktail dress is new at The Spectrum on eBay

And Alleycats, aka After Dark Vintage, just listed this Schiaparelli pillbox hat in her Artfire studio.

Doris Day spent her early years in show biz, and quickly became a style and musical icon, movie and TV star, Grammy and Golden Globe winner, and even an Academy Award Nominee. She was known for her vivacious personality, bubbly blonde looks, and "girl next door" style.
In her later years she retired to a quiet life, and has dedicated herself to animal rights through the Doris Day Animal Foundation http://www.ddaf.org/ and the Doris Day Animal League http://www.ddal.org/.
